Shipping:
When an order is placed, we will reach out regarding shipping arrangements. All shipping is done priority overnight to a Fed Ex shipping hub. Please note this must be a FED EX SHIP CENTER, not a Print & Ship Center, a kiosk, or Fed Ex Freight. For the safety of our animals, we will not ship to your door and will not ship without confirmation that you will be available to pick them up upon arrival. We follow the temperature and packing requirements set out by Reptiles2You and any service alerts they put out as we want all our animals to arrive safely. We typically ship out on Tuesdays for Wednesday arrivals or Wednesdays for Thursday arrivals as they are the safest days to ship.
If an animal is not picked up within 2 hours of hub arrival, our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
Health Guarantee
We guarantee all animals will be alive and healthy upon arrival. If an animal is dead on arrival (DOA) it must be reported within 2 hours of pick up. Photo evidence is required. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any problems beyond the 48 hour mark will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Sex Guarantee
If stated on the listing, we guarantee the sex of our animals. We check the sex of our snakes multiple times before listing them to ensure accuracy. Some animals can not be sexed until they reach a certain age. The sex of these animals will be labeled “TBD” to avoid confusion.
Payments:
All sales are final and all payments are nonrefundable. We will not hold reptiles for a specific buyer without payment.
Genetics:
We do our best to label genes correctly based on our knowledge of what is in the clutch and the impact of various genes. Based on the complexity of certain gene combinations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. All labeled hets are guaranteed. Please note: this does not include anything labeled “poss het”, “50% het” or “66% het” as these are animals that may or may not carry the gene based on the pairing.
Questions?
Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or are having trouble with your new animal. We want to help our animals adjust to their new homes in the best way possible and are happy to offer additional information or advice based on our knowledge of them.
